EF Educational Homestay Program, a non-profit organization that works with students from other countries who want to learn English as a second language & travel abroad is looking to place a group of students ages 11-1 5 years, from Hong Kong with volunteer host families this summer.

Welcome to River of Life United Methodist Church!

River of Life United Methodist Church is a growing church in the Fruit Cove - Julington Creek area. If you have ever dreamed of working with God to create a church, then this is the place for you!

River of Life UMC is a place where all people are welcomed and embraced as we come together to worship God.

Our mission is to reach out to our community and world, to offer the message of Jesus Christ, and to live God's love in everything we do.

In the Gospel of John it says, "Out of the believers heart shall flow rivers of living water."

We are creating a church where the living water offered to us by Jesus Christ will flow through our hearts, souls and lives out into the world for all to see. We want to invite you to join us in this adventure of faith.

July 6th - Old Fashioned Camp Meeting and Church Picnic

Mark your calendar! July 6 - 10:30am - We'll have an Old Fashioned Camp Meeting and Church Picnic! We will have just one service on that Sunday with great praise music and a chance to call out requests for your favorite hymns. After a fun time of worship we will share a picnic together. We will provide hot dogs and drinks and invite you to bring your favorite picnic side dish to share. Most of the chairs will be moved from the center of the sanctuary and we invite you to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. (There will be chairs available for those who prefer them). This will be a fantastic opportunity to all come together at the same time as a church family!
